Alright you cant get away from rules, they are unfortunately always there.
1- You must be a fan of The Emperor's New Groove.

DONT need a website but you
DO need a valid email.
3- If you have a site please take the time to place a
code on it and link back to this page.
4- No sites containing porn or any R18+ content will be listed.
5- List your real country.
6- Try and always use a real or nickname, no aliases such as john5937462 please. Any nicknames you have will be accepted just please avoid absurd amounts of numbers or symbols.
